Government entity following Umm Al Quwain Government responsible for developing and managing the industrial city affairs by providing long term lease for 20 years for plots of land and all the service’s required for the investors to grow their investment.

We manage all administrative and financial affairs and matters related to the signing new contracts or the renewal by individual or corporate tenants and the collection of rents.

Managing Tenants Affairs

Our Customer service team is distinguished by a high degree of professionalism and fluent in several languages, and it works to manage, follow up and solve all tenants’ requests and complaints within an agreed period.

On the other hand, our inspection team ensure that the tenants do not violate any of the terms and conditions of the lease contracts, which guarantees the safety of real estate and does not harm or misuse it.

Marketing

We promote all properties by using integrated marketing tools including the Internet, billboards, phone sales and rental agents. We also ensure that one of its team members is present during the land inspection by the tenant to ensure that he has all the information he needs to make the leasing decision.

Real Estate Consultancy
